Please note that accounts can only be opened in conjunction with a signed PBT Rates Confirmation.

If you are ready to open an account with PBT, please complete the steps below.

PBT accounts will be opened within 24 hours of receipt of fully completed forms. For fast notification of account opening, please include your email address.

  1. Click here to open a PBT Credit Application form (This is provided in PDF format. Should you not already have Adobe Acrobat on your computer to read this file, click here to be transferred to the Adobe website to receive a free download).
  2. Complete and sign the Credit Application Form (including attaching your business card)
  3. Complete and sign the PBT Rates Confirmation
  4. Submit both forms to PBT using one of the following options:

Deliver to local PBT branch
Deliver the completed documents to your local PBT branch. The documents will be faxed to our Accounts Team immediately and the original copies sent overnight.

Please note: Faxed copies are not recognised by law and therefore cannot be used to open a PBT account. Please use one of the three methods listed above to submit your Credit Application and signed PBT Rates Confirmation.
